I grew up helping my grandmother pick chokecherries along the dirt roads in Wyoming and Nebraska so that she could make wine. I couldn't pass up creating a jelly reminding me of my grandmother. We use chokecherries we hand pick and add a little Chablis to give this jelly a flavor that's almost as good as grandma's wine!
Ingredients:
Sugar, wild chokecherry juice, Chablis, pectin (dextrose, fumaric acid, fruit pectin), prayer
