We created this jam with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries and made it soft enough that it can be poured. It is great on biscuits, peanut butter sandwiches, poured on pancakes and even ice cream or cheesecake. We like to take a sheet cake, pour the jam over the top and finish with whipped topping for a refreshing ice box cake.
