When we created our jalapeno jelly, we did so with the thought that jalapeno jelly should be the perfect balance of sweet and heat. This jelly does just that. You get the sweet taste of jelly and as it moves around in your mouth, you get a wonderful taste of spicy jalapenos. We like to serve it over cream cheese with crackers for a quick and easy appetizer. Try it on your favorite tortilla wrap. Spread it on a toasted bun followed by grilled chicken breast for a unique sandwich. Kick up your eggs a notch in the morning with a spoonful of jelly.
